Which email platform do you use?
We work across several platforms depending on your business needs. Klaviyo for ecommerce businesses, Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign for most others. If you're already on a platform you're happy with, we can work within it. If you're starting from scratch, we'll recommend the best fit for your situation.
Do I need a big list to get started?
No. You can start email marketing with a list of any size, including zero. The important thing is building good foundations: the right platform, professional templates, a solid welcome sequence, and a strategy for growing your list. We've helped businesses start from scratch and grow to thousands of engaged subscribers. List quality matters far more than list size.
How often should I email my list?
It depends on your business, your audience, and what you have to say — but for most businesses, 1–4 times per month is the right range. Email too rarely and people forget who you are. Email too often without a good reason and unsubscribe rates go up. We'll help you find the frequency that keeps your list engaged without burning it out.
Do you write the emails or do I need to provide the content?
