Complete Sense is an autism consulting and counselling service run by Nat, a specialist with a decade of experience in autism-specific education and qualifications in psychology, counselling, and teaching. The brief was to build a site that felt warm and trustworthy from the first click. The kind of page a family in a stressful and unfamiliar situation would immediately feel comfortable on.
The design needed to balance genuine approachability with professional credibility. The content structure had to clearly explain a range of specialised services to an audience that may be navigating a lot of new and overwhelming information for the first time. Clear calls to action, plain language, and a calm visual tone were central to the design direction.
