Ad-hoc / pay-as-you-go

Do you support sites you didn't build?
Yes. Most of our support clients have an existing site built by another agency, freelancer, or built in-house. We'll do a quick audit first so we understand what we're working with before quoting.
How fast do you respond to issues?
For ongoing support clients, same business day for anything urgent (site down, hacked, checkout broken). For ad-hoc requests, we'll give you a timeframe when you get in touch.
What if my site has been hacked?
We can clean and restore a hacked site, then put monitoring and security in place so it doesn't happen again. Get in touch straight away if you think you've been compromised.
Do I need a contract?
No. Ongoing plans are month-to-month, and ad-hoc work has no commitment at all. Cancel or pause anytime.
What if I just need one thing fixed, not ongoing support?
That's fine — plenty of clients come to us for a single fix with no interest in an ongoing plan. We'll quote the job and get it done.
Can you take over hosting as well?
Yes, we can manage hosting for you, or work with your existing host — whichever makes sense for your setup.
