Café and restaurant web design by Willow Jam Media, building websites for hospitality venues across the Central Coast For Central Coast venues

People decide where to eat on their phone, in about a minute.

Someone searches "brunch Terrigal" or "restaurants Gosford open now". They're standing on a footpath, or in the car, deciding right then. If your site is slow, or the menu is a blurry PDF, or they can't find how to book, they've already tapped back to the next venue on the map.

Plenty of good kitchens lose that moment. Not because the food isn't worth it, but because the website made the easy thing hard. We build sites that answer the three questions a hungry local actually has: what's on, can I book, and how do I get there.

The site that costs
you covers, and the
one that books them.

Most hospitality websites were built once, years ago, and never touched again. Here's the difference a current one makes.

What loses you covers

The site quietly turning people away.

  • A menu locked in a PDF that won't open properly on a phone
  • Prices and hours that are months out of date
  • No booking button, so they call, get voicemail, and give up
  • Slow to load, with no clear hours, address or directions
What we build instead

The site that turns a search into a table.

  • A live menu you can update yourself in minutes
  • Bookings wired to the system you already run
  • Real photos of the room and the plates, front and centre
  • Loads fast, with hours, address and directions where people look first

Everything a venue
needs to get the booking.

Each site is built around how people actually find and choose a place to eat.

01

Bookings, Wired In

A booking button that connects to the platform you already use, so reservations land in your system instead of a missed call. Walk-in venues get a clear "just turn up" instead.

02

A Menu That Stays Current

Your menu lives on the page, not in a PDF. Change a price, mark a special as sold out, swap the winter menu in. You do it yourself, on your phone, in a few minutes.

03

Order Ahead & Delivery

Pickup, order-at-table or delivery, connected to the ordering tool that suits you. One clear button, no clutter, so the takeaway crowd doesn't have to hunt for it.

04

Your Room, On Show

Proper photos of the space, the coffee and the plates do the selling. We build the gallery around real images, and help you brief a shoot if you need one.

05

Found on Local Search

Built to show up for "café near me" and "your suburb + what you serve", with your Google Business Profile and map details set up to match.

06

Fast & Mobile-First

Most of your visitors are on a phone, often hungry and in a hurry. Every page is built light and quick, and to pass Google's Core Web Vitals.

We connect the tools
you already run.

Your website and your booking and ordering systems, talking to each other, so nothing gets keyed in twice.

Already on something else? Most booking and ordering platforms give you an embed, a widget or an API. We've connected plenty of them. Tell us what you run and we'll wire it in so it works the way your floor does.

Hospitality,
broadly defined.

Sit-down or takeaway, a single café or a small group. If you feed people on the Coast, we can build the site that brings more of them in.

We're based on the NSW Central Coast but build for hospitality venues across the state and beyond. Interstate and remote projects run smoothly on phone, video and shared docs. No fuss.

Café and restaurant
websites,
answered.

How much does a café or restaurant website cost?

Most hospitality sites land between roughly $2,500 and $6,000 or more, depending on size and features. A clean single-venue site with a live menu and a booking button sits at the lower end. Add online ordering, multiple locations or deeper integrations and it moves up. You get a fixed price before we start, with no scope-creep surprises.

Can customers book a table straight from the site?

Yes. We connect your site to the booking platform you use, such as Now Book It, Obee, SevenRooms, The Fork or OpenTable, so reservations flow into your system. If you're a walk-in venue, we make that just as clear so nobody sits there waiting for a confirmation that isn't coming.

Will I be able to update the menu myself?

Yes, and you should be able to. We build on WordPress and set the menu up so you can change a price, add a special or mark something sold out in a few minutes from your phone. No PDFs, and no calling a developer every time the specials board changes.

Can you set up online ordering and delivery?

Yes. We connect ordering and pickup tools like me&u, Mr Yum, Bopple or Square, and link out to delivery partners where it makes sense. The goal is one clear button, not five competing ones.

Do I need professional photos?

Good photos make a real difference for hospitality, more than almost any other industry. You don't need a full shoot to launch, but it's worth planning one. We'll tell you which shots earn their place and help you brief a local photographer if you'd like.

Do you only work with venues on the Central Coast?

No. We're based on the Coast and know the local searches well, from Terrigal to The Entrance. We also build for cafés and restaurants across NSW and further afield, running those projects on phone, video and shared docs.

How long does it take?

Most builds run 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff to launch. The biggest variable is content. If your menu, photos and venue details are ready, it moves faster. We'll give you a realistic timeline up front.
