Central Coast SEO that actually gets you found
When someone in Gosford, Terrigal, or Tuggerah searches for what you do, we make sure they find you, not your competitor. Local SEO done properly, with real results you can measure.
Local SEO
If your customers can't find you on Google, they're finding your competitor instead
Most Central Coast businesses have a website, but far fewer show up on the first page of Google when their ideal customers are searching. That's a lead pipeline sitting unused and we can change it.
We focus on local SEO: getting you visible in your actual service area, in the Google Maps pack, and for the specific searches your customers are typing in. No vanity rankings for terms nobody searches. Just traffic that turns into enquiries.
Local search on the Coast doesn't work like it does in the city.
The Central Coast has a mix of business types, tradies, allied health clinics, cafes and hospitality venues, spread out across the region instead of packed into one commercial strip. That changes how competition looks. A business in a busier pocket is often up against a tighter group of nearby competitors. A business covering a wider catchment is spread across a bigger area, but usually has fewer direct rivals showing up in the exact same search.
One thing we see a lot, and it's not specific to any one industry, is a Google Business Profile filed under the wrong category. Get the category wrong, or leave it too broad, and a business quietly misses out on searches it should be showing up for. It's a small thing but it matters. Mobile matters too. Most "near me" searches happen on a phone, and a lot of the time the person searching wants to call, not browse a website. A slow page or a phone number that's hard to find costs real enquiries, not just traffic.
Everything your SEO
actually needs.
Our SEO packages cover all the essentials. No parcelling up basic tasks as paid extras, no unnecessary complexity.
Local SEO & Google Maps
Targeted optimisation to get you ranking in Google's local pack. The map results that appear at the top of search pages for location-based queries. Critical for any service-area business on the Central Coast.
On-Page Optimisation
We audit and improve your existing pages: title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, keyword placement, internal linking, and content quality. These fundamentals have an outsized impact and are often neglected.
Google Business Profile Management
Your Google Business Profile is often the first impression local customers get. We set it up properly, keep it updated, add photos, respond to reviews, and use posts to keep your listing active and visible.
Content Strategy
Content is what Google rewards with rankings. We identify the content gaps in your site, create a plan to fill them, and either write it ourselves or guide you through it, focused on topics your actual customers are searching for.
Link Building
Quality backlinks remain one of the strongest ranking signals. We build relevant, legitimate links to your site through local directories, industry citations, and relationship-based outreach. No dodgy link schemes.
Monthly Reporting
Every month you get a clear report showing your keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and the work completed. No dashboards full of numbers that don't tell you anything useful.
What working with us
actually looks like.
SEO is a process, not a one-off fix. Here's the shape of it, month to month.
Month 1: Audit & Foundation
We run a full technical and on-page audit, fix the priority issues, and get your Google Business Profile set up properly. This is the groundwork everything else builds on.
Months 2–3: Implementation
On-page fixes go live, content work starts, and we begin link building and citations in the background. This is where most of the actual work happens.
Months 3–6: Movement & Reporting
Usually when rankings start to shift and traffic starts climbing. You'll get a plain-English report each month showing what's moved and what we're doing next.
Ongoing: Refine & Build
SEO builds over time. Once the foundations are in and you're seeing early movement, we keep refining, look for new opportunities, and build on what's working.
Straight answers
about SEO.
How long does SEO take to show results?
For most local businesses on the Central Coast, you should start seeing meaningful movement in rankings within 60–90 days. Measurable increases in traffic and enquiries typically follow at the 3–6 month mark. SEO is a long-term investment. The results compound over time, and once you're ranking well, it doesn't cost per-click like paid ads.
Can you guarantee first page rankings?
Nobody can guarantee specific rankings. Google's algorithm is not something any agency controls. Anyone who promises guaranteed page one rankings is either lying or planning to target keywords nobody actually searches for. What we can guarantee is that we'll do the right things consistently, and show you exactly what we're doing and why. Our track record speaks for itself.
Do I need SEO if I already have a website?
Having a website and having a website that ranks on Google are two different things. Most websites, even good-looking ones, have significant SEO gaps: missing meta tags, slow page speed, no local signals, weak or thin content. An audit will tell you where you're losing ground. For most businesses we work with, there's substantial untapped potential.
What's the difference between local SEO and regular SEO?
Local SEO focuses on appearing in searches that have a geographic component, "plumber Gosford," "best cafe Terrigal," "web designer Central Coast." It includes Google Maps optimisation, Google Business Profile management, local citations, and location-specific content. For most Central Coast small businesses, local SEO delivers faster and more relevant results than trying to rank nationally for broad terms.
How much does SEO cost?
Our SEO packages start from $720 per month for local businesses. The right budget depends on your industry competitiveness, your current baseline, and how aggressively you want to grow. We'll give you an honest assessment of what's realistic at different investment levels and we won't take on a campaign we don't believe we can deliver results for.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No lock-in contracts. We ask for a minimum 3-month engagement because SEO takes time to show results and we want to give the work a fair chance, but after that, it's month-to-month. We'd rather earn your business every month with results than lock you in and coast.
Do you do SEO for WordPress and Shopify sites?
Yes. Most of our SEO work is on WordPress sites, which we also build. We also work with Shopify stores. The fundamentals are the same, though the technical implementation differs. We handle both platforms confidently.
What happens in the first month of an SEO engagement?
The first month is focused on audit and foundation. We review your site's technical health, keyword landscape, Google Business Profile, competitor positioning, and existing content. From there we build the strategy that drives months two and beyond.
Can I do SEO myself instead of hiring an agency?
You can handle some basics like keeping your Google Business Profile updated, writing blog content, and making sure your site loads quickly. But technical SEO, keyword strategy, link building, and ongoing optimisation require experience and tools most business owners don't have time to learn. We're honest about what you can DIY and what actually needs professional input.
What's the difference between SEO and Google Ads?
SEO builds organic visibility over time. Once you rank, you keep getting traffic without paying per click. Google Ads puts you at the top immediately but stops the moment you stop paying. Most businesses benefit from both, but SEO delivers better long-term value. We can advise on the right mix for your situation.
Our approach isn't guesswork.
Google publishes its own guidance on how local businesses should show up in Search and Maps. Things like Business Profile setup, verification, and what actually feeds your local listing. We follow Google's own guidance closely instead of guessing at what it wants.
There's independent research behind why we lead with Business Profile work too. BrightLocal and Whitespark's annual Local Search Ranking Factors survey polls local SEO practitioners industry-wide each year, and it consistently finds Business Profile signals are the single biggest category of local ranking factors, something like a third of the total weighting behind who shows up in the local pack. That's why we start there, then move on to the on-page basics, then everything else.
